It’s a NEW YEAR! Oh the expectations, oh the resolutions – this is my year, I can feel it. It’s the year chocolate will have no calories, and benching weights will be easy. It’s the year all my cellulite will disappear, and I’ll wake up 3 cm taller.
Today is January 6, and my height/weight has not budged. It’s not fair.
This is all too familiar scenario. We aim for goals that are too ambitious, and give up before january even ends. That’s why I’m dedicating a split post to help avoid this.

As stupid and cliche and ridiculous as this may sound – but the one tip that will motivate you to get healthy, get active AND stay active is FUN. If you don’t enjoy it, it’ll be tossed like last year’s resolutions.
