Yesterday’s post talked about having a good and hearty breakfast in general, and particularly when exercising and/or training for a 10k – Today’s yummy breakfast is OATS!
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1/3-1/2 cup skimmed milk (depending on how much you like milk, I personally went for the 1/2 because I like warm milk with anything)
- 2-3 crushed walnuts
- OPTIONAL: cinnamon or sweet allspice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
1- Place milk in a pot on the oven, and use a cappuccino milk frother to turn the milk into foam.
2 – Add it to the oats, sprinkle with walnuts and sugar
